Are you a clinician wishing to gain additional experience in other areas related to your work? TRACS WA can assist you in facilitating a Skills Exchange!

The Skills Exchange Program provides clinicians with the opportunity to gain additional experience through shadowing and observation with another professional in their workplace.

TRACS WA can help facilitate this process and guide clinicians in setting learning objectives to achieve for the placement. We can assist rural and metro staff to find a suitable placement ‘match’ to meet their individual requirements. We have a robust model to support adequate preparation and documentation of learning objectives and outcomes, and will liaise with host sites and participating clinicians to arrange a schedule.

Contact the TRACS team today to discuss your needs via TRACS WA Development Facilitator Katie Sutton, on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
