The modules include:
- Helping to understand the steps involved, and patient factors that can impact on goal setting.
- Language and concepts underpinning person centred and collaborative goal setting.
- The benefits of goal setting and how it contributes to rehabilitation and recovery.
- Tools and information needed in setting goals and illustrated with a case study.
You will require audio for the second module. It will take approximately 1 hour to complete the three modules.
